SHIPPING
Our shipping and processing charges cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items. Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center by USPS or UPS, to arrive in your home within 5-7 business days of order receipt. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items delivered to U.S. Territories are shipped via Parcel Post. We use Parcel Post to ship to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address.

RETURNS
If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return any non-custom or non-personalized purchase for a refund. We cannot accept returns on custom or final sale items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Returns can be done by sending the bag back to us at:

Include a note with your name, order number and that this is a return. Once we receive the return, we will refund you the same way you paid for you item(s). We reserve the right to not reimburse you if the item is visibly warn or damaged, at our discretion. We do not reimburse for shipping on returns.

EXCHANGES
We do offer exchanges on item(s) within 30 days of the order being placed. If for some reason you would like to exchange a purchase, whether it have been a gift or it doesn’t suit you the you thought it would, we can do that for you.
To begin an exchange, please email help@parkerhyde.com with “Exchange Order#___” as the subject line.
Next, you can send the item(s) back to us at:

Include a note with your name, order number and that this is an exchange. Let us know what item you are exchanging for. Once this package is received, we will ship out the new bag to you. Exchanges are dependent on in stock items.
DAMAGES
We take great pride in the quality of our products. Please notify us of any damage upon receipt — we will arrange for a prompt replacement. For replacements, please email our Customer Service contact at help@parkerhyde.com.
